lindstifa: c-dilla: Muffin on my mind! My mom used to make this all the time when we were kids. Then one of my dad’s clients came over and put plastic ants in the bread as a joke. I didn’t eat corn bread again for a loooooooooooong time.  I miss Jiffy corn bread.  It has lard in it so it’s not vegetarian.  I have been looking for a decent replacement but there just isn’t anything else out there as good, plus it’s like 60 cents a box!
